Complete setup walkthrough
Sign in with the email used during enrollment, choose Add New Organization, and select Service Club as the organization type.
Add the club name, city, district designation, zone, LCI club number, currency, fiscal-year start, and primary officer contact.
Confirm whether the club uses committees, shared officer access, interclub events, recurring meetings, service-hour reporting, and payment coordination.
Use officer-controlled hours and no-login member responses. Members confirm attendance directly from a secure Yes or No email link.
Choose the meeting, service project, fundraiser, shift, interclub event, officer, and monthly-report templates your club needs.
Open Club Settings and save the details reused across events and reports, including venue, reporting, and payment defaults.
Add members individually or import an Excel or CSV roster, then review roles and remove inactive or duplicate records.
Confirm the labels used for members, officers, events, and committees, and review the email response workflow.
Select the officer who reviews monthly reports before distribution. CSV and PDF activity reports are available now.
Select the reporting month and recipients, review the activity data, and send the report to the designated approver.
Confirm sponsor, district, activity, venue, and location defaults so downloadable reports stay consistent.
Invite the officers who need administrative access and confirm the setup checklist is complete.
Automation status: Automated Lion Portal uploads are coming soon, subject to written approval from Lions Clubs International. Downloadable CSV and PDF reports remain available now.
