Hours Served uses cookies strictly for the purposes of operating the application securely and understanding how it is used. We do not use cookies for advertising or sell data to third parties.

  • Authentication cookies — Required to keep you logged in as an administrator or officer during your session.
  • Session cookies — Temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. Used to maintain your state across pages.
  • Analytics cookies — We may use anonymized analytics (e.g. page views) to understand how the product is used and improve it. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Member experience

Regular members of your organization access Hours Served via one-click email links and do not create accounts or log in. As a result, they are not subject to session or authentication cookies.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services which may set their own cookies:

  • Stripe — For payment processing. Stripe may set cookies to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions. See Stripe's cookie policy.
  • Google — If you use the Google Calendar sync feature, Google may set cookies in accordance with their own privacy practices.
